Brake Conversion

The problems we have to cope with are the 5” space under the floor and a master cylinder that will work with 6 calipers with 16 pistons.  We need a power booster to supply the power required to replace the 2000# brake system since most car systems work with lower pressure requirements.  The Rolls has very small 11” rotors for a 5500#+ car and that is why they need the hi 2000# pressure.

The conversion will also address the problem of the rear suspension and the ride control.

We have an electric suspension conversion pumps for cars with Yellow (DOT-3) or GREEN (Mineral) fluid brake systems to work your rear leveling system.

NOTE: Some conversion company's are doing conversions using passenger car Hydra-Boost units but cars work with a lower boost pressure, (1100#) and have 1/2 or less the caliper piston area so the master cylinder is not suited for the large piston area that Rolls uses with their 16 pistons required to stop the Rolls.

We now have Hi Quality DBA vented & solid Rotors for the Front and solid rotors for the rear in stock.  Cars with solid front rotors can not be converted to vented with out extensive part changing including knuckles and custom hubs.
