Crank case pressure

I have a wrangler jeep with a 4.2L engine. I'm getting SMOKE and oil out of the air intake of my valve cover and the breather hole on the fuel pump. Enough to blow the crank PCV air filter into the carb air filter. And lose a couple of quarts of oil into the air filter pan and out of the fuel pump in 20 mile run. I changed the PCV valve and checked for any obstructions or collapsed hoses. I've done a compression test on the engine and have gotten 145-150 on all of the cylinders, so I know it's not a cracked block or blown head gasket. Could it be the valve guide seals? I noticed that they are riding up and down with the valve stems. They aren't seated properly. Would that allow that much exaugst into the crank case? Anyone have any suggestions??
